What is Chiropractic?

Most people know that Chiropractic focuses on the spine, but may not fully understand what a critical role our spine plays in our central nervous system.  When we experience misalignments of the individual bones of the spine, it interferes with neurological messages between the brain and cells, organs, muscles, joints, and other systems of the body.  Maintaining a state of good health depends on a normally functioning nervous system.  The most important and delicate organs of this nervous system are supported and protected by the skull and spinal vertebrae.

Chiropractors work with, rather than despite or against the body, to allow it to do what it is supposed to do — self-recover, adapt, and heal for various conditions including, but not limited to:

Low back and leg pain.  Neck and arm pain.  Headaches.  Athletic and work-related injuries.  Shoulder, knee, and foot pain.  Asthma, ear infections, and many other problems that begin when we are children.

Chiropractic spinal adjustments are scheduled in 15 minute increments and are between $50-75 depending on number of regions adjusted. Chiropractic re-exams take 30 minutes and are an additional $50-100, generally performed at first visit then every 10-12 visits for acute problems, or every 3 months for chronic issues.

We sell supportive health products, some directly, others the patient can purchase online.
